This product uses 60 GHz radar to sense millimeter-wave signals reflected by the human body, and combines advanced human posture detection algorithms to detect the presence of human bodies, stationary stays, and fall events in the measured area. It features safety, stability, strong anti-interference ability, and non-invasion of privacy. It can be widely applied in environments such as homes, hotels, apartments, and community elderly care. Event information and device parameters are transmitted via Cat.1 wireless network

1.Installation Operations
The product can be fixed with 2 screws or adhered with 3M adhesive tape.
*For accurate radar detection, please install it on the ceiling!
Install the radar vertically with a horizontal deviation angle ≤ 5° to ensure that the main radar beam covers the detection area.
2. Detection Range
(1) The radar beam coverage is shown in the following figure. The radar coverage is a three-dimensional sector area with a horizontal angle of 100° and a vertical angle of 100°.
(2) Within the radar projection area, the projection area is divided into a fall detection area, a stationary stay detection area, a presence detection area, and a motion-trigger detection area. The area schematic is shown in the following figure.
3. Actual Installation Steps Guide
Step 1: Identify the main activity and the stay area of people (fall detection area), and the center of this position is the installation location of the product.
Step 2: Confirm the actual installation height of the product and set the height of the product according to the specific height.
Step 3: Confirm the actual installation method of the product and select the installation angle setting according to the specific installation method (the installation method is ceiling-mounted).
Step 4: Determine the entrance and exit of the space, and align the long side of the product towards the entrance and exit to ensure the triggering effect when people enter.
Step 5: Check whether there are interference sources within the product’s detection range.
Step 6: Confirm whether the actual usage scenarios of the product are scenarios such as bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms that require fall detection and stationary stay detection, and enable the fall alarm and stationary stay alarm functions accordingly.
Step 7: Confirm the final settings according to the above steps and start normal use.
4. Operation Instructions
(1) After connecting to the power supply, the red light and green light flash once, then the red light flashes once more, and the green light stays on. The internal device enters the initialization and self-check process.
(2) If the device itself and the Cat.1 network communication are normal, the green light will flash, and it will enter the signal strength display state. For specific displays, refer to the status display comparison table.
(3) If there are self-check problems, the red light will flash, and it will enter the fault display state. For specific displays, refer to the status display comparison table.
(4) After the device successfully accesses the cloud platform, the indicator light turns off, and it enters the normal operating state.
| Indicator Light Status | Meaning | Abnormality Handling |
| Yellow light flashes 1 time, lasts for 60 seconds | Communication successful, signal strength < 5, extremely poor | Find the cause of the poor signal |
| Green light flashes 2 times, 3 rounds of flashing | Communication successful, signal strength 5 – 10, poor | – |
| Green light flashes 3 times, 3 rounds of flashing | Communication successful, signal strength 11 – 16, average | – |
| Green light flashes 4 times, 3 rounds of flashing | Communication successful, signal strength > 16, good | – |
| Red light flashes 1 time, lasts for 60 seconds | Communication failure, hardware failure | Check the power supply, etc. |
| Red light flashes 2 times, lasts for 60 seconds | Communication failure, SIM card failure | Check if the SIM card is inserted reversely, expired, activated, or bound to another device’s SIM card |
| Red light flashes 3 times, lasts for 60 seconds | Communication failure, no signal | Check if there is a network signal locally |
| Red light flashes 4 times, lasts for 60 seconds | Communication failure, device not added to the platform | – |
| Red light flashes 1 time | An alarm or alarm restoration event occurs | – |
| Green light flashes 1 time | Data reported to the cloud platform successfully | – |
